There was a little girl who had little curls right in the middle of the forest. When she was good, she was very very good. But when she was bad, she was horrid.

Tell me… Are you sick and tired of being very very good or horrid when it comes to your food and exercise?

Have you ever wished you were one of those people who could just eat healthy food, eat plenty of it, and never have to exercise but only do it because they want to?

And have you ever wondered what it would take for you to be able to have one of those lean and curvy bodies that seem to look good all year round and never really seem like any effort to maintain?

Well, you need to stop this deadly dieting sin – and that is the no pain-no gain mindset.

The no pain-no gain mindset is actually part of the all or nothing trap.

That’s basically when you can go from being super motivated and really healthy and really excited – you’re doing green smoothies every morning, you’re training your heart out, you’re doing selfies at the gym – and then two weeks later you’re sitting on the couch, stuffing your face full of fast food, junk food, and you couldn’t give a rat’s ass about it either.

Have you ever wondered what it would take to stop oscillating between these two extremes?

You are falling victim to the all or nothing trap.

If you sound like this:

“God, I want to be successful,” like you want to breathe

“I’m quitting sugar forever.”

“I’m going to go to the gym, like, for 2 hours everyday until I lose my fat ass.”

“There’s no such thing as bad weather, just soft people.”

“I’m never drinking again.”

“I hate my ass! I’m never eating again!”

Or you start obsessing over every single mouthful you put in your mouth, wondering about it in terms of how many burpees it’s going to take for you to burn it off, and punishing yourself and ignoring your body’s warning signs that maybe you’ve overdone it.

In order to get off this weight loss rollercoaster and escape the all or nothing trap, you’ve really got to start loving your body lean.

You have to start thinking about your body as this vehicle that you need to return to a state of wellness – as opposed to trying to punish it and push it and force it when, really, it’s trying to tell you with this excess weight and the sluggish energy that things you’re doing to it aren’t working.

Achieving your ideal body is more about restoring your metabolism and your health back to its natural state of glory.

If you’re sick in bed with the flu, you don’t employ someone to stand over you and go, “Get out of bed, maggot!!! Drop and give me 20!”

No, you don’t. You give your body plenty of time to rest and recover and repair itself. You can’t abuse your body back to being healthy.

What happens when you start forcing yourself to do stuff you don’t really want to and using a whole bunch of willpower, it’s like trying to stretch a rubber band out of shape. And the harder you stretch and the more fight it, the faster and more viciously the rubber band will snap back and come back to its original position.

Being happy creates the happy medium.

Like the name suggests, being happy creates the happy medium. Whoever heard of a miserable medium?

The first thing you have to do is do things that make you feel happy. That way you don’t produce cortisol, which is the stress hormone that makes us hold on to fat more suddenly and eat crap food and feel crap.

So you never ever have to do anything that you hate.

But I totally get that it is difficult for you to really have the conviction that you’re on the right path. You’ve been bombarded by so many confusing messages that it can seem overwhelming.

The Food Freedom Formula™

And that’s why we’ve put together the Food Freedom Formula™. It’s a 90 day self-paced online program for women who are sick of the on-again, off-again binge-starve-diet cycle and want complete freedom around food and exercise.

It’s kind of like rehab for dieters – no more punishing exercise or restrictive meal plans. So it’s really detoxing from all those unhealthy extremist type behaviors, showing you the recipe and the formula to including exercise in your life that gives you the results that you’ve been looking for.

And look, I show you how to do the workouts at home, you don’t have to spend heaps of time travelling to the gym, you can be done in 15 minutes. But most importantly, you get really great results really quickly without having to slug your guts out the whole time.

It can be fun. And, no, it doesn’t have to be hardcore. And, yes, you can have that lean and curvy body, that healthy happy medium that you’ve always been looking for.
