The Body Confidence Project™ was born out of a need to detox women from the deeply ingrained beliefs that have been forced upon us by unscrupulous diet industry propaganda. The extent of their influence reaches back generations into our past and will continue to affect those of our present and future, unless WE become the change we wish to see for our daughters and sons.
This program is to show you that it’s not your fault you’re overfat- and in fact you’ve been manipulated since before you were born to ;
– think about your body in a particular way,
– eat foods that have been modified for profit,
– distrust your body’s natural healing abilities and
– ignore the power of your mind-body connection
The solution lies in recognising that everything in your body is purposeful, and your excess weight is no mistake – but rather an evolutionary fail-safe mechanism that has allowed us to survive in times of winter and famine.
Your salvation lies in identifying the factors in your life that your body perceives as a threat; and then by communicating to your body’s ancient warrior woman mind that she does not need the extra layers for her survival.

Follow Through: Awaken the power of your subconscious mind in order to make lifestyle changes effortlessly, minus the self sabotage and constantly falling off the bandwagon.
Focus :
Boost your fat burning and conquer your cravings with a clear path and the support you need to stay focused and accountable
During this phase we’ll be in contact daily to monitor your physical changes and problem solve any obstacles that arise.
Weeks 13 – 26: Maintenance

This is where we are working on cementing your success at this new shape, weight and level of energy and mind clarity you will have created for yourself.
Up until this point there’s been 12 weeks of practical action, deep emotional work, and a complete overhaul about how you view food and your body.
The work of the Foundation, Follow Through and Focus phases is essential to breaking the cycle of the lose-it-then-gain-it-all-back rebound.
This is an additional 3 months of space to tweak, modify and adjust the things that you’ve really enjoyed and let go of the parts that don’t fit your lifestyle long term.
We build out your recipe to success of how to enjoy yourself in moderation without guilt or FOMO.

Q: HOW LONG CAN I ACCESS THE MY MIND COACH ACADEMY?
You can have lifetime access to the program if you download the materials to your own computer. You will have access online for as long as we host the information online.
Q: HOW MUCH TIME WEEKLY WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM?
This is about showing you how to work smarter not harder; so you’ll find these soulful strategies will actually give you more energy, allowing you to be more productive and will actually generate extra time. I would estimate each week you’ll be spending around 1 – 2 hours preparing meals, 1 – 2 hours exercising total and 1 – 2 hours learning the course, coaching sessions and completing the activities
Q: WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE A COACHING CALL?
We can accommodate changes to coaching appointments up until 24 hours before without penalty. We always understand there are extenuating circumstances and we will always work with you to find a suitable time for both parties. Unfortunately sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be forfeited as it takes a spot that would otherwise be given to another client.
Q: DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF A GYM?
No – the majority of the workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment.
Q: WHAT GUARANTEE DO YOU OFFER?
We have a 30 day love it or leave it policy. Follow all our instructions and complete activities according to the weekly checklist and have them submitted on time. If you do not already start looking and feeling better within 30 days of working with us we can happily part ways with our best wishes.
